Julia has extensive experience in helping government and commercial organizations
use technology to increase the productivity of their virtual teams. She offers her
clients a unique combination of both technical abilities to understand the advanced
information technology possibilities and analytical abilities to design and conduct

Gene Allen
President, Decision Incite, Inc.
Gene Allen is President of Decision Incite, an innovative supplier
of software and related services to heavy manufacturing industries. He is co-author
with Rick Jarman of Collaborative R & D, which provides extensive detail on
the process of developing and executing successful multi-corporate research and development
projects. His current venture, Decision Incite, Inc., is a great expression of the
ideas in his book.
Gene's presentations for EvolvingSuccess focus on fostering collaboration
for achieving optimum value from any team. His special emphasis is on multi-organizational
teams.
Patricia Macomber
President, ITMS Training Solutions
Pat has over 20 years of experience in
stress management, change management, MBTI training, time
management and management development training. Most
recently she has designed on-line training programs for
front-line supervisors, and is working on team building and
leadership skills and change management for companies in the
Baltimore, Maryland – York, PA corridor.
Pat relates the EvolvingSuccess
approach to corporate culture architecture to the effective management of what are
commonly called human factors. She moves organizations from cultural habits of stress
to habits of enjoyable productivity.
Jim Burke
Manager of Futures, Forecasting, and Change Management, Northrop Grumman
Jim bring over 20 years of trends forecasting to his EvolvingSuccess
presentations. His analysis work on future trends has covered a spectrum of world-changing
issues, from changing oil markets to the rise of China and India as modern, ecomonic forces
in the world. His service area is primarily in support of the federal government, in both
civilian agencies as well as the DoD.
As such, Jim's sweet spot is LO+FT® , and showing how understanding the

Limor is a frequent guest speaker. With an eye always on multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and multi-national trends,
she is President of the IPv6 Forum for Israel, Advisor to the Mid-Atlantic IPv6 Task Force,
Regional Lead for the Games For Change Initiative, Immediate Past President of the World
Future Society US National Capital Region Chapter, sits on the Steering Committee of the
International Association of Space Entrepreneurs and contributes to various committees of
the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
As an EvolvingSuccess speaker she focuses on the use of emerging technologies
to transform business culture, and to promote greater understanding between people of different

Terry Teays, Ph.D.
Assistant Director, Maryland Space Grant Consortium
Terry Teays received his doctorate in astrophysics and conducted research and satellite
operations at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. He was asked to step up to management
of science projects fairly early in his career. His experience spans academia, government
and private sector management. In recent years he has focused on managing programs in
science education. He has extensive experience in the development of high quality science
education materials such as the Hubble Space Telescope’s Amazing Space online activities.
He was the Director of NASA’s Origins Education Forum. Currently he works at Johns Hopkins
University where he serves as the Assistant Director of the Maryland Space Grant Consortium,
a federally funded aerospace education program.
Terry helped greatly in building the ideas leading to LO+FT® , as well as
providing important scientific support for our concepts of Corporate Culture Architecture.
His presentations, therefore, focus largely on these topics.
